This membership is for individuals only

• The Association may admit as Ordinary Members individuals who are accredited as a Strata Managers by the Association through their experience and knowledge in the strata management industry.

• Ordinary Members shall not be allowed to vote at all meetings of the Association.

• Membership is conditional upon Committee approval and payment of the prescribed entrance fee and annual subscriptions.

This membership is for individuals only

Individuals who passed the Legislation module by BCA Academy and who attained the

Certificate in Strata Property Management will be deemed to have met the training requirements of a MA individual

subject to them meeting the minimum of 2 years of relevant full time direct work

experience pre or post training.

This membership is for individuals only

The Association may confer Honorary Member to any company or individual whom in the opinion of the Association is eminent in the profession and/or has contributed significantly to the profession of strata title management.

Accredited Strata Firm

Firms will be classified as Tier 1 and Tier 2 for the purpose of accreditation.

To be eligible for consideration as an Accredited Strata firm, the MA firm

must meet the prescribed minimum proportion of its defined MA staff

trained and accredited as an Accredited strata manager.
