The Association may admit as Ordinary Members individuals who are accredited as a Strata Managers by the Association through their experience and knowledge in the strata management industry.

The ASM Accreditation Scheme seeks to raise the standards and quality of services provided by Managing agents (MA) Individuals and Firms and is the result of intensive consultations with stakeholders. The Scheme is supported by the Building & Construction Authority (BCA).

The Association may confer Honorary Member to any company or individual whom in the opinion of the Association is eminent in the profession and/or has contributed significantly to the profession of strata title management.
